FaceTite

Are you looking for ways to reduce some years off of your face but scared to undergo expensive surgeries? Are you tired of trying many products to get rid of all the stubborn sagging skin, fine lines, and wrinkles, but they just won’t go away? Then FaceTite may just be the answer you’re looking for!

What is FaceTite?

InMode FaceTite is almost similar to the BodyTite. It works to reduce unwanted fats and tightening the skin to help contour your face for a more toned and youthful appearance in a non-surgical procedure. As our skin goes through the aging stage, it loses collagen and elastin, resulting in a saggy skin appearance.

FaceTite treatment uses a new radiofrequency device called EmbraceRF that can:

  • Eliminate fats
  • Tighten all the loose skin
  • Enhance all the natural contours of the face

The treatment has become an alternative to a facelift. Since FaceTite doesn’t contain any inorganic substances, it has been referred to as the “most natural facelift process.”

How does FaceTite work?

FaceTite is a handheld device that releases safe radiofrequency waves into the skin, melting away all the excess fats by passing through the skin and soft tissues. This process is what we call the Radiofrequency-Assisted Lipolysis (RFAL), similar to BodyTite. This RF wave also works in tightening loose skin and restoring collagen formation.

Doctors often do this skin tightening procedure and liposuction simultaneously to have more dramatic results, including a more defined jawline. The FaceTite treatment can be used on the following:

  • Nasolabial folds (lines around the nose and mouth)
  • Cheeks
  • Jowls
  • Periorbital areas of the face (around the eyes, brows, and eyelids); and
  • Neck

What are the benefits of FaceTite?

We have satisfied many patients in Palo Alto with FaceTite. As a minimally invasive procedure, it has several good benefits such as:

  • Save patients from experiencing some potential risks
  • Avoid or lessen discomfort
  • Prevent scarring that a patient may usually get in a facelift surgery

FaceTite, as a powerful technology device, is basically designed to treat and correct multiple aging symptoms all at once. You may already see immediate results even with just one session.

Aside from those, the additional benefits of FaceTite are:

  • It’s a safe and effective procedure that gives the same result that you can get in facelift surgery. The difference is it doesn’t cause severe bleeding as it doesn’t involve a scalpel.
  • You can get back to work and do your normal routines as FaceTite is a fast procedure, and you’ll recover easily in just 3 days.
  • It’s performed under light sedation because it only uses local anesthesia to avoid discomfort and pain during the procedure.
  • A single treatment can be done, and you’ll be able to see stunning results immediately. However, if you want a more defined and perfect result, you can do more sessions depending on your doctor’s recommendation.
  • It delivers long-lasting results that can last up to five years.

On an important note, the longevity of the result still depends on your aftercare. It is important that you:

  • Maintain a stable weight, so the fats won’t be back easily as it causes the sagging of the skin
  • Eats healthy food
  • Do not smoke
  • Avoid lengthy sun exposures and wear sunscreen as much as possible; and
  • Maintain a good skincare routine

Are there any risks or side effects?

Even though the procedure gives you excellent benefits, you should know that it can also give you risks and side effects. However, the FaceTite procedure has minimal side effects that quickly subside, that include:

  • Mild swelling and bruising
  • Asymmetrical contouring that can be corrected right away; and
  • Temporary numbness

You may want to call your doctor immediately if:

  • The bleeding on the treated areas won’t stop
  • Swelling that won’t subside after several days or a week
  • Fever or chills that won’t go away; and
  • Nerve injury like loss of feeling on the face, but this is very rare
